I have a room for rent in my 3 bedroom house that sits on a very quiet horse ranch. It is located on the border of Bonsall and Fallbrook and while it is a "country house", it is not too far away from civilization (it is only 1 mile from the 15 freeway). The other bedroom is not being rented out, so there would only be you and I living here. The bathroom will be shared. There is a washer and dryer here that you can use, and you’ll have access to the giant kitchen.

Female preferred, as some of the living space will be shared. I am looking for someone who is responsible and pays the rent on time. No partiers or smokers, please.

As for myself, I am a 28 year old female student who is very responsible and respectful of other people. I have two giant sized dogs that live with me as well. Both are very friendly and clean. I’m hoping for a roommate that is an animal lover, for this reason.
